How long to have it delivered?

Delivery times vary depending on the product chosen and the final destination. We treat your order within 24 hours after validation. For each of your orders, a date will be provided to you.

Where can I have it delivered?

We deliver to you all over the world!

How much does delivery cost me?

Delivery is free in Switzerland, for the rest of the world, the costs are automatically calculated when you validate your basket.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address at the time of checkout. Below the address initial, click on "edit" and enter your new address. You can also add up to four addresses.

Can I choose the "Pick Up" option if I live in a country other than Switzerland?

The "Pick Up" option can be chosen in any country, however for now, for pick up your order you will have to come and see us in one of our stores in Switzerland ☺!

If I choose the "Pick Up" option, how long do I have to come and pick up my ordered?

We keep your orders for 15 days at the selected point of sale.

How long are my coupons / promotional codes valid?

Each coupon / promotional code has a validity date indicated directly on it.

Are the coupons / promotional codes valid on the website?

On the application you have vouchers / promotional codes valid directly in our stores, but not on our website. To benefit from promotional offers on the site internet, you need to go directly to www.skinis.ch. Register, you will receive the offers directly by email!

Are the coupons / promotional codes valid in our stores?

Yes! You also receive promotions on the application and on the website to use directly in our stores.

What is the lifespan of a personalized case?

The duration of a Skinis can be up to 5 years, provided it is not subjected to extreme temperatures and take care of it.

Frequent friction and contact may fade the image impression of the Skinis earlier.

Is the product toxic?

Our product is 100% environmentally friendly and is harmless to the dermis users. Skinis does not use any toxic or harmful substance in its products to the impression.

What are the maintenance tips?

In order to guarantee the longevity of a Skinis, we recommend:

• keep it away from extreme temperatures
• reduce the number of direct friction with objects that scratch
• ensure that you touch your electronic objects with clean hands

For what kinds of products can I customize the case?

You can customize for Apple, Samsung, Huawei and Wiko brand smartphones as well as Apple and Samsung tablets

What are the customization times?

Skinis specialists will advise you on the duration of the process based on the difficulty of customize your case, according to your device and your design.

On average, a standard production varies between 10min to 35min in store. When sending depending on your device and your design, reception varies between 2 and 10 days.

What is the difference between Skinis and other personalization brands?

Skinis uses an exclusive printing film of exceptional quality for personalization, made especially for the company. Most other brands are satisfied with adhesive tape.

What do you do with my images, texts and photos after printing?

Skinis applies the very strict policy of respect for privacy, according to the Swiss article in force on data protection.
